The goal of the Dispatch / Project Management Internship is to provide a well-rounded business management education to the intern. Intern will perform value-added activities for Mansfield while learning critical operational skills including business analytical reporting, analysis, project management skills, and shared services support.
In addition to learning business management skills which are transferable to any future career, the intern will walk away with a working knowledge of Mansfield’s industry position, our suppliers, and our customers.
The Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) serves as the operational point of contact for Mansfield Energy customers and manages the day to day functional relationship.
This role is a member of a dedicated customer team and is responsible for providing best in class customer service. The essential job duties include relationship management, sales organization engagement, new business integration, business/technical support, account profitability support, and high level issue resolution.
The Customer Pricing Analyst provides direct support to all sales team in the structuring, pricing and approving of quotes/bids and training the sales team on the use of tools and process.
The Customer Pricing Analyst will review all quotations, quote emails and do a deep data analysis of the sales pipeline. This role is responsible for reviewing and working with the sales team in all phases of the development, review, and acceptance of quotes and bids.
The Supply Optimization Analyst is responsible for improving the company’s purchasing by enhancing daily supply decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, supply and freight optimization, dispatching, TABS maintenance, utilization of optimization software, and analytics.
